Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the voices38 platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and voices38 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. voices38 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged eighteen (18) and above. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the original Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on voices38. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. voices38 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Registering with false information or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the voices38 support team immediately. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Voices38 platform users agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

Permitted Use

Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
Making deposits and withdrawals using valid payment methods registered in your own name
Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
Accounts are for individual use only and are non-transferable

Prohibited Activities

System manipulation, fraud, or any form of misconduct
Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
Payment fraud or money laundering through the platform
Sharing your account or allowing others to access it

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and voices38 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with activities that breach these terms.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the voices38 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from lawful means, and not derived from any illegal activity.

Voices38 accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers and e-wallets. The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be processed and may be returned.

For withdrawals, voices38 will process requests within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. voices38 reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed the set limits. Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

Voices38 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from betting or gaming. The platform is provided "as is" and voices38 makes no guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voices38 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk, without prior notice. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any compensation. Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the voices38 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of voices38 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from voices38.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the voices38 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to this platform.
